BEFORE THE DRAW
What makes a ticket valid?
A lottery ticket is a recorded entry associated with a particular draw. It should show a unique number or reference and must be
issued before that draw closes. Having several valid tickets normally means holding several separate entries; it does not guarantee
a prize or change how an individual ticket is selected.
Where to check your entry
+
Use the Lottery or Promotions area inside your Neptune Play Online Casino account to verify the ticket reference, applicable draw
and closing time. If no ticket appears, do not assume that a deposit or other account action created an entry.
Keep the draw-specific rules as the final reference. They explain eligibility, ticket allocation, excluded payment methods and
any action required before an entry becomes active.
HOW THE DRAW WORKS
From closing time to winning number.
Once entry closes, the eligible ticket list is fixed for that draw. A random selection process identifies the winning number or
numbers, and the result is then published in the format described by the rules. Your ticket either matches a selected entry or it
does not; earlier draws do not make a number more or less likely to appear next time.
What can the prize be?
+
Prize types and values are draw-specific. The current lottery page may list cash, account credit, free-play items or another
award. Neptune Play Casino does not treat every prize in the same way, so check whether it is withdrawable, restricted or subject
to additional use and expiry conditions.
Does more than one ticket help?
+
Each valid ticket is a separate entry, so several tickets can give a player several opportunities to be selected. They do not
improve the selection probability of any one ticket, and no number is “due” because it has not appeared recently.
